If I am lucky I will participate in another 70.3 Ironman. We'll see how my training goes.  Right now I am not feeling it!!!   Ironman is a hard event - well to be clear I am 55 years young and have 2 full Ironmans under my belt, so my motivation is not extreme.  That being said I still like to compete and complete triathlons.
